Animal Eye Clinic provides a full range of ophthalmic services as well as Canine Eye Registry Foundation (CERF) examinations for breeding dogs. These services include;

-A complete spectrum of oculoplastic procedures for the treatment of orbital and eyelid disorders
- Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens placement for the treatment of cataracts.
- Laser cyclophotocoagulation and filtration surgery for the treatment of glaucoma.
*Vitreoretinal surgery for the treatment of vitreoretinal disorders.
* Laser surgery for the treatment of distichia, ectopic cilia and other eyelash conditions.
* Full diagnostic services such as electroretinography, ultrasonography, slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy, tonometry, and gonioscopy.
* Corneal surgery for the treatment of ulceration and other dystrophic disorders.

* Digital imaging for precision monitoring of ongoing cases.

CANINE EYE REGISTRY FOUNDATION
The Canine Eye Registry Foundation is a registration of breeding dogs that are free of genetic eye disease. Screening of dogs is performed by board certified ophthalmologists on a yearly basis and the forms are sent by the owners to the registry. Purebred dogs have a higher incidence of genetic eye disease such as cataracts, retinal dysplasia and retinal degeneration. It is important to test breeding dogs yearly to try and prevent the spread of these blinding diseases.
